Cancellation Policy
•When needing to cancel an appointment I kindly request that you do so at least 48 hours prior to your reserved appointment time.
•Cancellations made within 24 hours of your reserved appt time may result in a charge to the card on file for 50% of the reserved service fee.
•Not showing up to your reserved appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the reserved service charged to the card on file and will require a 50% non-refundable deposit for all future bookings.
•Your health is important to me. When experiencing symptoms of illness, please reach out to me directly to reschedule if it is within the 24 hour window.
•By booking your appointment you are agreeing that you have read my cancellation policy and agree to adhere by it. I appreciate your understanding.
